PH series are automated programming system which has buit-in U3000 programmer.
U3000 is designed for PH series based on Y3000 series.
It is capable of program 4 to 64 pieces of flash memory(NOR/NAND)
and microcontroller simultaneously.

Automated Lazer Marking System MS-700LZ

MS-700LZ Lazer Marking System is capable of making laser stamp to flat package
devices on a tray.
The built in vision system recognizes the expected area on the device by the
ultra-high-density camera.
It will mark to the empty space where an original marking was avoided by the bult in
vision system.
